Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unused

• Items must be in original condition

• Tags must be attached (for apparel)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Used or damaged items not caused by us

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing may take 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
